Our team enables Prime customers to shop groceries on Amazon Fresh and get them delivered from their favorite grocers in 2 hours or less. In this role, you will innovate on behalf of customers and our partners, bring new selection online, and change the way people buy food.Our ultra-fast grocery service is seeking a talented Product Manager to play a critical role to our Grocery Partners selection offering and performance.
This is an exciting opportunity to take on ownership on a fast growing team and work largely autonomously in an entrepreneurial environment.
In this role, you will accelerate the growth of the Fresh Grocery Partnership business focusing on optimizing business inputs to improve the experience of Grocery Partners Customers on Amazon Fresh. The main responsibilities spans across a wide range of areas, including: Selection, Catalogue, Availability, Demand planning, Buyability, pricing, discoverability and reporting.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about the customer with an entrepreneurial spirit, being able to work on complex projects for Fresh International working with multiple stakeholders. We are looking for somebody with proven analytical skills, able to roll up their sleeves into the day to day, but also switch gears quickly to readapt priorities and capacity to deal with uncertainty. The successful candidate will be able to execute while also spotting opportunities for automation and process improvement.
You will be part of a high-functioning, fast-moving team responsible for delivering on strategic goals with direct customer impact.
Key job responsibilities
- Drive initiatives to improve customer experience when buying groceries on Amazon Fresh
- Track and report business inputs, analyze data, interpret reports and prioritize work
- Partner with business and tech teams to deliver solutions
- Identify new opportunities for new tools to optimize inputs, being able to quantify size of opportunity and to list requirements
- Monitor and report business inputs leveraging Excel, SQL and Quicksight (at user level)

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree
- Professional French and English command
- work experience in a fast-paced environment, ideally in project/program management, consulting, marketing.
-analytical and quantitative skills; ability to use hard data to back up assumptions and evaluate outcomes
- Excellent business judgment and a practical approach to getting things done.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Proficient in SQL, Tableau, business intelligence tools, Microsoft Excel VBA and programming.
- Masters on science, math or business
- Ecommerce experience on retail, grocery or logistic companies
- Working in a fast-pace international environment with diverse stakeholders
