Customer Engineer PVD - 12h day shift (H/F)

Based in Bernin, Grenoble area (38).

You will work on a 12h day shift , during week and including 2 weekends worked / month, following a 28-days cycle (14 working days and 14 days off per cycle).

Within our Service department, we are hiring our future Customer Engineer , for our PVD equipments (Physical Vapor Deposition).

You will take care of the maintenance of our equipment installed on our client's site to ensure technical support of our machine park. You will work on various last generation and high-tech tools.

Main missions :

• You ensure the technical execution of corrective maintenance on Applied Materials equipment in the clean room on our customer site.

• You take charge of technical diagnostics and resolution of equipment failures in total autonomy.

• You write detailed intervention reports.

• You are able to synthesize and present your technical analyzes to our customers.

• You work on projects to increase the industrial performance of our equipment and to develop our technical expertise.

• You control maintenance cost.

• You adhere to the company's Security policy as a fundamental value, and you comply with all the security procedures put in place.

• You observe and adhere to the quality standards of Applied Materials and its customers.

Your profile :

• You have a strong taste for technique, and you like to work in the field.

• You are autonomous in carrying out maintenance operations and preparing diagnostics.

• Graduated from Master or Engineering school, you have at least 3/4 years of experience in a similar position, or Associate/Bachelor’s degree (DUT, BTS, Licence) in industrial maintenance with a minimum of 10 years of experience in microelectronics, electrical engineering, physics, chemistry, mechanical engineering.

• You have extensive computer knowledge (Office suite)

• You have a well-developed technical communication skill to interact with international technical support.

• Your level of English allows you to understand technical procedures and to interact (oral and written) with colleagues, customers or suppliers based abroad.
