Within our Service department, we are hiring our future Customer Engineer Installation & Warranty , for our CVD equipments (Chemical Vapor Deposition).

You will join a team of 3 people, being responsible for the installation, and the warranty period of our tools on the customer site. You are in charge of organizing the installation, in collaboration with the customer and the installation team, and solving any trouble on the equipment during the warranty period. You will work on various last generation and high-tech tools.

Main missions :

• Customer relationship: daily meetings with the customer to define priorities

• Troubleshooting on the equipment (in relationship with the Business Unit in the US)

• In charge of spare parts

• Coordination of the equipment’s installation: planning and priorities, supervision of the installation teams

• Reporting: intervention reports for the customer

• Continuous improvement, collaboration with Quality teams

• Regular skill improvement on Applied Materials new technologies

Your profile :

• You have a strong taste for technique, and you like to work in the field.

• You are autonomous in carrying out maintenance operations and preparing diagnostics.

• Graduated from Master or Engineering school, you have at least 3/4 years of experience in a similar position

• You have extensive computer knowledge (Office suite)

• You have a well-developed technical communication skill to interact with international technical support.

• Your level of English allows you to understand technical procedures and to interact (oral and written) with colleagues, customers or suppliers based abroad.

• Our compensation package is composed as follows:

  • Base salary over 13 months

  • Car allowance of 500€/month
